Our home is located in the High Pointe Resort Condominiums Complex in the center of Rosemary Beach, Florida. We are only 5-10 minutes from the well know areas of Seaside, Water Colors and 15-20 minutes from Destin/Sandestin, Fla. High Pointe Resort is exquisitely landscaped and consists of 5 building units with over 600 ft of private beach on the emerald water. Our unit faces the lagoon pool, the ocean and beach are only a very short stroll away directly through the lagoon pool. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance from our home. So, if you desire, you may just walk or drive to many fine eateries.

Our home is located on the ground floor facing the lagoon pool. The High Pointe Resort has on-site security within a gated entrance. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very well maintained allowing for privacy and if you wish glimpsing views of the lagoon pool. To reach the pool, you are less than 10 steps away.

Sleeping Arrangements: The condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. We also have a portacrib available for those with very young children.
