We are truly sorry but that does not mean you can not be near your beloved pet. You can bring your pets for kennel stays. We have several kennels located on 30-A (street/hwy location to the condo) and in Destin which we highly recommend. We keep out pets with these kennels 7-8 times are year. They are clean, nice and your pets will be well taken care of by the establishment staff's. Email us for the names and phone numbers, if desired.
If you are wheelchair bound, our unit is on the ground floor, right at the parking area, with ramp access and with covered access in and out easily. We are unable to provide a wheelchair bath but all the doors and hall are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair in and out.
Your children will be screaming for the fun just waiting for them once they lay eyes on the pool. Our lagoon pool is grand. If you have children, this is the place. We have, for the smallest children, a playground and of course the beach for building sand castles. The pool offers a nice child’s wading pool for the littler ones up to 7.
You must have one adult, at least 25 years of age, that will be responsible for the rental agreement and must be on-site during the rental period.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit. You may smoke (with the sliding doors closed) on the Lanai or outside in the yard area, or at the pool or beach.
All of our properties are furnished with bed linens, towels, a complete gourmet kitchen stocked with all the cooking equipment you could need and cleaning supplies for small cleaning you might need to do during your stay. You should bring laundry detergent if you plan to wash clothes, DVD's or CD's you might want to enjoy during your stay, food and drinks, and personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, hair dryer etc).
Check-in is at 4:00 pm at the condo. Two keys are available in a lock box at the condo. You will be given the lock box code via e-mail 24 hours prior to your stay. Please do not attempt to check in early. Our maid service is usually cleaning the facility prior to 4:00 pm if the property was vacated on the same day. If you absolutely need to check-in early you will need to contact us to make sure the property will be vacated and cleaned in time for early check-in.
Check-out is at 10:00AM - no exceptions
Our maid service will arrive promptly by 10:00am to clean the property for the next guest.
